Most orders will be shipped via courier sevices such as Citilink or our national courier service Poslaju. It is important and recommended that all merchandise be inspected for damages before signing or taking delivery of the order.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Flat rate charges. West Malaysia RM 9.00 and East Malaysia RM 15.00. Bulk order shipping charge is based on the total weight of the order. 

International Shipping to the following countries charges:

Other than Standard Shipping Charge applied in each item , Extra charge is also required .

Delivery Time

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow 2 to 7 days for delivery. The actual time the delivery takes depend on your location.

Note: All prices quoted do not include any import duties or other taxes, which your respective country may impose on the merchandise and shall therefore, be fully borne or under the responsibility of the purchaser.

Payment to our company can be done either directly through:

Terms and Conditions

The following Site Online Purchase Terms and Conditions govern your purchase of products by you through this site. Order Acceptance Policy

All orders made online will be reviewed for acceptance. However, we reserve the right either to accept or reject any orders without any notices.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment has been made. If payment has already been made for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we shall immediately refund the money into your account in the amount made.

Product Availability

We cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, these items may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, cancel your order.

Out of Stock items

Do not place orders for items marked “Sold Out”. These orders will be automatically cancelled.

Estimated Shipping Cost

All confirmed orders with completed payment in full will be shipped via Citilink ,FedEx or Pos Laju Malaysia. Unless requested differently, all orders will be shipped through the fastest delivery method.

All transactions are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

Packaging

Besides the standard product packaging, we will properly, as applicable, enhance the packaging to ensure the products reach you properly.  However, we shall not carry any liability for any reasons, which are beyond our control e.g damage due to the handling by the courier service provider.

Delivery and Shipping

(a) Shipment of all products ordered via the online at this website uses Citilink or our national courier service Poslaju, unless specified otherwise by you. Therefore, we are not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any delay beyond our control. Shipment might take normally up to 3 business days, depending on the distance stated in you delivery address. Shipping timeframes are once the order has been processed or payment made has been verified by us..

(b) The normal delivery timeframe guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond Citilink or our national courier service Poslaju control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, delays caused by the consignee, acts of god, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of customs or similar authorities, riots, circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labour disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in the transportation network (such as weather phenomena), and natural disasters.

Claim Policy

Customer’s satisfaction has always been our top priority. We put all the efforts to satisfy your orders effectively and efficiently. However, we are not responsible for any products damage, malfunction, and lost as signified at Delivery and Shipping (b) above, which you need to report directly to the courier service provider. In addition, we are not as well responsible for any product damage and personal injury which might happen from your handling and use of the products.
